In the Box:
Our standard cuts include, per half animal:
Bone-In Rib Roast (Rack of Lamb), 3-4lbs
Whole Leg, Bone-In, 5-7lbs
Loin and Sirloin Chops, 4-6lbs
Ground Lamb, 6-8lbs
Boneless Breast, Rolled, 2-4lbs
Lamb Shank(s) 1-2lbs or Stew Meat 1-2lbs
Lamb Sausage (Chorizo and Sweet Italian) (1 pack each flavor; 4 links per pack)
Additional Options:
— Liver, Heart & Kidney / Bones - Available to add to your order at pick-up at packing cost; $2.00/lb
All lamb cuts are vacuum sealed in clear plastic and frozen. Expect your 1/2 half lamb portion to fill approximately the volume of a standard milk crate in your freezer.
The Lamb:
All our lambs have been pastured since birth and treated according to the rigorous European Union animal welfare standards. We are committed to ethical end-to-end treatment of all of our animals. Our lambs are processed at Meatworks in Westport, MA which was designed with input from Temple Grandin to reduce stress on the animals and is USDA-inspected.
Cost:
Cost is $19/lb packed weight. Typically a half lamb is 20-25lbs; $380-475. Payment, less your deposit, is due in full is due at pick-up and can be in the form of check (made out to: Ewetopia, LLC) or major credit card.
Ordering Process:
Deposits will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis until the lamb has sold out for that lot.
Your $100 dollar deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred to a lamb order at a later date.
Pick-Up:
Pick-up of your lamb order MUST happen on the day specified for that lot. PICK UP FOR THIS LOT WILL BE ON SATURDAY DECEMBER 7th, 2024 between 1PM-3PM. We do not have commercial freezer space to hold orders. Your remaining balance will be due at that time, we accept checks or credit cards. The pickup location is: Runner Stone Farm, 15 Virtue Circle, Falmouth, MA 02540. You will receive reminder email(s) regarding pickup.
